Primestyle Jewelry a little sketchy as I was concerned about making a purchase.
I tried calling customer service but was on hold for close to 10 minutes
I then tried their live chat and got a bad feeling.

From the chat above you can see that the manager david first says they are members then says they are not members. I did not feel comfortable making a purchase based on this dialog.

Dear Prime style
On 02/09/09 I ordered a ring from Primestyle.com for $1008.98 order #50830. I paid by Paypal and wanted next day delivery which was $30 extra. I received notification of payment on 02/10/09 ticket # LTK148********X. I then received an e-mail from you telling me that it would be a 3+ day process for my ring. As I wanted it the next day I cancelled my order on 02/12/09 and received notification of the cancellation ticket #LTK148********. I have yet to receive credit on my Paypal account. I have called and emailed you multiple times leaving messages. I have spoken to a man named David Y. at 1-21*-302-**** ext 609 3 times. He has assured me that he would relay my message to the accounting office, and that I would receive an email notifying me when they credit my credit card. I have yet to receive my $1008.98 credit.
I have tried calling Primestyle tel#s and only get a recording. I have left multiple messages to the sales dept, accounting dept and customer service.
I would appreciate some kind of response. My information is as follows:

Above is one of the letters I sent Primestyle, it is now April 4,2009 and I know I have been scammed. Please do not ever buy anything form a company you don't know and also don't pay by paypal. they offer no protection. I hope this helps someone else.
Primestyle.com sent different ct. diamond ring than ordered.
I ordered a 1.65ct g-h diamond engagement ring from Primestyle.com for $1818.00. I was sent a 1.43 ct. ring.
I returned the first ring and was then sent a 1.23 ct. diamond ring.
The second ring was sent back and I was then sent a 1.2ct diamond ring.
On their web site they advertise a 1.55ct. for $1664.00.
I want the correct ct wt that I ordered. I talked to "DAVID" and he said that since I was ordering from a web site and not a jewelry store, that I
should"t expect to get exactly what I ordered.
Resolved: 4ct .20 stones. Paid for g-h got m-z diamond color
Ordered big diamonds so they can be seen easily. They are banana yellow. I paid for g-h vs1.

purchased a engagement ring, the price 1400 the ring arrived my fiance gave it to me and i was like oh its kind of low quality but.. I now need a wedding band, they dont have matching bands, you need to pick out one and request a custom design and pay for it.
They couldnt recommend one to match, I went to jewelers all over and tried to find a nice band with diamonds.The white gold doesnt match anything and the diamonds are urine colored yellow.. dont match anything either. i chatted with them and got now where. now i have a horrible looking engagement ring and cant find a wedding band to match.
I am beyond disgusted how can they not have matching bands to recommend?
I WOULD NEVER have bought this ring if ihad known the quality it was at the time. junk, pure junk.

Issue has been resolved and I am being refunded.
My fiance purchased an engagement ring from PrimeStyle on October 11, 2016. The specs from PrimeStyle included the following: 1 carat center stone, 1.49 carat total, J color center diamond, and VS2 in clarity.
I received the engagement ring on Valentine's Day. I then took the ring to a local, reputable jeweler, Greg Foote Jewelers, for an appraisal for insurance purposes. The specs from the appraiser included the following: 0.85 carat center stone, 1.29 carat total, J color center diamond, and SI-2 clarity. After receiving the appraisal back, I discovered that my fiance was not given what was promised during the purchase.
I then sent the ring back to PrimeStyle. It was difficult to reach the person who was to oversee this issue – David from PrimeStyle. He never called back when promised. I had to repeatedly call and chat online to get a hold of him.
David was rude and tried to argue stating that he uses a different grading scale than GIA. This is not true because all jewelers use the universal AGS diamond grading scale. After continuous arguing he finally agreed to making a new ring. PrimeStyle sent a new ring on March 17, 2017.
The specs from PrimeStyle for the next ring included the following: 1.15 carat center stone, 1.55 carat total, J color center diamond, and VS2 in clarity. I immediately took the second ring to the local jeweler, Greg Foote Jewelers, for another appraisal. The specs from the appraisal included the following: 1.01 carat center diamond, 1.29 carat total, L color center diamond, and I-1 clarity. Please see the attached photos.
I was not given what was promised AGAIN. The second ring was in worse condition than the first in both categories: color and clarity. Not to mention that the stones were still underweight. It was so bad which leads me to believe it was done on purpose.
I called PrimeStyle to ask for a refund. David stated that he would "inspect" the ring, and never agreed to the refund. I mailed the ring back and am in the process of fighting for a refund. I wish I could give a rating of 0 stars.
I would never recommend PrimeStyle.
But if you do decide to use them then PLEASE go get the jewelry appraised! Do not let them take advantage of you.

Primestyle.com Bad – unacceptable experience, unreasonable and rude conduct.
I purchased a White Gold Diamond Trilogy Ring for my fiancé G colour and VS1-VS2 Clarity, it is YELLOW, I contacted Primestyle immediately and David laughed down the phone to me saying "You expect a GIA certified diamond for that price? HAHAHA" NO DAVID I WANT WHAT WAS ADVERTISED TO ME!!
I had also spoke to Thomas before making my purchase to ensure it would not be yellow in colour and Thomas promised me it would be "As shown on website once you order the G colour". What a joke, it was VERY Yellow. I then wanted to send it back for a refund, I had to pay 80 ~$100 to post it back. I was then advised that they were going to charge me $60 for posting the ring to me, therefor refunding me the cost minus $60 for shipping, this is a joke as on the site it is stated up top, "FREE SHIPPING" AND when you look at their shipping page, if you do need to pay for shipping it is $30 INTERNATIONAL, so where did the $60 come from Primestyle???
Biggest rip off of a company. AVOID AVOID AVOID, if you love the person you want to give the ring to DO NOT buy substandard items from Primestyle.

After continuous arguing regarding the lack of craftsmanship the owner reimbursed me a small sum of money which I put towards a new band I had to have made. Still not happy but it’s my own fault for not doing my research and ordering online.
So disappointed!!

do yourself a favor. DO NOT....
He basically is a rip off artist and hopes that the buyer does not notice. Only if he is called out on it via threat of legal action or social media will he fix it.

I live in Australia and we purhased a bridal set form Prime Style, and I have to say we are very happy with the product and service we received from this fantastic company. We paid over $3000.00 for our bridal set and I will definately be doing business with Prime Style in the future.
Even though we live in another country the delivery time was very fast and we have had no problems at all.
I hope this helps with any purchases you are thinking of making with Prime Style.

How long did it take from your pyrchase time to recieve the item at your house. Im from australia and am interested in how long Ill be waiting
Primestyle is full of it. They sent us the incorrect size for my bridal set, charged us to return it, but never sent a return label for us to overnight it, and they're violating their own 7-10 day refund policy, as we haven't received our money back yet. But don't you worry - by the time I get finished with them, they're gonna WISH they had better customer service and ethical business practices, you can bet your bottom dollar on it.

That's the information I received from one of the customer service technicians.
I have been dealing with primestyle for a few weeks now. I, too, have had several (five) friends who have purchased from them. Based on their experiences, I felt comfortable ordering from primestyle. Unfortunately, my experience with primestyle has been less than satisfactory.
I placed an order two weeks ago, and received it promptly. But it was the wrong item!! I immediately called them and they gave me a return authorization. I sent the ring back and was informed that they would have the correct ring to me within two business days of the first ring's return.
Four business days later, I still hadn't heard from them (no tracking number or notification of shipment). I called today and spoke with David (who I ordered the ring from initially, and who I've spoken to every time I've called), and asked him if the ring would be sent today. "Yes," he said. I asked him to send it overnight, to which he said he could not do, because their policy is to ship returns 2nd day air.
After becoming very rude, talking over me as I tried to talk, and literally telling me that I should be happy with the way I was being treated because I was getting such a good price on the bridal set (I'm not at all lying about this), he finally agrees to ship the item next day air.
The only problem is it's now 7:00 in his time zone, and I have yet to received a tracking number of notification of shipment. I can pretty well guarantee David will not be sending my item today, as he initially informed me he would.
Based on all the complaints, it sounds like "DAVID" is a horrible employee and Primestyle needs to ditch this guy as he has obviously cost them lost customers
Thanks Paul but like I said the chat conversation speaks for itself; very sketchy. I am glad you are happy but I am not willing to take the chance with Primestyle.
Dan I love using primestyle I have purchased several items from them and have been very happy. I too at first was very sceptical to order something more than 1000 dollars from a site I have never heard of but to my suprise I got the weddings set and took it to a local jewelry company to have it appraised and it actually appraised at exactly what Primestyle had stated on the appraisal paperwork.
My wife has now had the ring for 3 years now and now I have purchased another band for myself. You would be happy to use primestyle.
